Wear loose, comfortable clothing. You will need a loose waistline so there are no constrictions with movements. Sweatpants are appropriate.
Eat a meal at least 1-2 hours before your massage to be sure you get the full benefits of the abdominal compressions, which aid in digestion. If you must eat within an hour of your massage, a small snack is OK.
